Contrary to popular belief, running and strength training go together like peanut butter and jelly. Our mission is to help you see that strength training isn't just an *extra* of running training - it's an integral part of being a successful runner, and it's important to become part of your training.
We offer a monthly strength training program - which is a great place to start if you're new to lifting! All workouts will be 30-40 minutes, and will require basic equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a bench, and a physio-ball.
If you're interested in custom programming: we are proud to partner with Movement Over Everything - a Boston-based performance facility, providing custom programming/coaching and live personal training sessions.
