Our mission is to teach you the lifting basics, incorporate a strength routine into your training, and instill confidence in your performance...so you arrive on the starting line of every race feeling strong and ready.
We offer 2x/week strength training programs, tailored to your movement patterns determined by your virtual screen. All workouts will be 30-40 minutes, and will require basic equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, a bench, and a physio-ball.
We can work with you to provide programming appropriate for both pre-season (base building & power), in-season (event-specific), and post season (recovery/mobility) training.
Coaching includes weekly email check-ins and Strength Plans include 1 mid-program checkin.
