Our training approach focuses on a steady progression, training smart, and long-term development.

All running coaching includes:

  • Access to a private running calendar via VDOT02 (mobile & desktop friendly)
  • Custom run program, with updates and modifications provided per coaching level
  • Modified cross training, if needed
  • A coach who genuinely cares about YOU and your well-being - as a human first and runner/athlete second
  • Availability to purchase the LRP Monthly Strength program @ $10/month, or a Custom Program @ $75 per 4-wk phase
  • Billing runs on a recurring cycle until your term agreement has been fulfilled
