Our training approach focuses on a steady progression, training smart, and long-term development.

All running coaching includes:

  • Initial intake meeting
  • Access to a private running calendar via VDOT02 (mobile & desktop friendly)
  • Workouts prescribed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, with updates and modifications as needed
  • Modified cross training, if needed
  • All access communication with your coach via phone, text, and email
  • Option to purchase Lift|Run|Perform strength plans at $65 per 6-week program
  • Billing runs on a recurring cycle until your term agreement has been fulfilled
