The Custom Subscription is the best option for someone who is looking to loosely work with a coach without the support that 1:1 coaching provides. 3 month minimum commitment.
Included in the subscription are:
  • 1 check-in every 2 weeks, via email/VDOT only
  • Custom plan, uploaded monthly via VDOT
  • Custom pre-race plan, sent via email/VDOT
  • Option to add strength training on for an additional $10/m
