Gold-Level coaching includes:
- Onboarding and programming
- Initial intake call
- Access to a private running calendar via VDOT02, delivered in 1-2 week blocks, with modifications (including cross training) as needed
- Communication
- Unlimited text + email communication
- VDOT feedback provided 3x/week (within the app)
- optional 1 call per month
- 1 pre-race call per each seasonal goal race
- 1 end of year goal-setting call
- Strength Training
- LRP monthly lift plan included via the TrainHeroic app
- Nutrition
- Support and education + race-day fueling strategy provided
- Access to LRP dietitian services
Price is $199/month (6m commitment) or $179/month (12m commitment) - you will be billed on a recurring cycle until your term has been fulfilled. After the term has been fulfilled, you can make the decision to recommit for another 6 or 12 months OR go month-to-month @ a 20% up-charge. LRP reserves the right to increase pricing after 1 year of service.
