Training hard toward one big goal is always a risk - and yet - we live for it. For many of us, it's why we run.

The elusive sub-3 marathon is something that only the top 1% of women runners strive for. So what happens when a team of like-minded women come together, at one race, supported by some of the best running brands and coaches in the country? There’s a reason why teamwork works. 


Lift.Run.Perform is proud to launch Project: Breaking 3 - a small, application-based group program, organized for those staring down that 3:00 marathon barrier. Why go for it alone when we can go for it together?

Here's how it works...

Qualification standards are a 1:28 half marathon or 3:07 full marathon - run within the past 18 months.

Athletes participating in Project: Breaking 3 will receive:

  • Customized 20 week training program + 2x/week strength program
  • Unlimited email coaching communication
  • Group support via private Slack channel
  • Bi-weekly group live coaching calls
  • Mid-way checkin call + pre-race call
  • 3 nutrition presentations from Meghann Featherstun, RD, plus a 30-min 1:1 consultation 
  • Race kit from rabbit
  • InsideTracker Essentials blood test
  • Product support from UCAN and Momentous
  • Complimentary race bib and possibility to have VIP care pre-race
