Project: Breaking Barriers

Training hard toward one big goal is always a risk - and yet - we live for it. For many of us, it's why we run.

Breaking a barrier takes guts. So what happens when a team of like-minded women come together, at one race, supported by some coaches in the country? There’s a reason why teamwork works.

Lift.Run.Perform is proud to launch 3 time-oriented teams to crush the 3:00, 4:00, and Boston Qualifying barriers.

These teams are small and application-based. Why go for it alone when we can go for it together?

Amazing things happen when people team together.

When we achieve great things on our own, it doesn't feel nearly as special...
