Customized Strength Plans


The entire 6 weeks or 3 months will be paid upfront.

Customized Plans are for the runner looking to incorporate strength into their routine without weekly support from a coach. They are the perfect solution for someone looking to increase strength and mobility while decreasing the risk of injury. Your plan will be customized according to goals and your virtual evaluation.

The athlete purchasing this plan has a proficient understanding of lifting, form, and is looking for something to supplement their training to increase performance. You will receive one mid-program check-in from a coach (3-weeks into the program).

This level includes:

  • Initial intake to discuss goals and injury history
  • Video analysis 
  • Customized 6-week or 2 x 6-week programs, if you choose the longer option (2 days of lifting per week, 30-40 minute sessions)
  • Links to exercise instructions in our Members Only portal
  • 3-week check-in via email from an LPR coach to answer questions on programming and form
