This group is different from past years and will be a 16-week high touch cohort-style program, coached by Mary J.

  • Weekly personalized strength movement coaching

This group will be capped to 8 athletes!! All paces welcome.

*Injuries suck! But sometimes do happen. If something disrupts your training before the halfway point of the program, we will work with you to come up with a fair solution.
